the hygienist sokheng was extremely professional and patient with my daughter, who is combative when at the dentist. he was kind and tried his best to work with my daughter, even explaining and showing her his tools. dr ellis worked as quickly as he could to also help remedy the situation.
All I can say, great staff. Courteous and friendly. My daughter was nervous but once she was told everything that was getting done step by step she was ok.
Amazing from start to finish with my 2.5 year old. Highly recommend!
Great experience! The hygienist and Dentist were awesome with my son. He is almost 3 and very active. The only suggestion I have would be for the hygienist to make the follow up appointment for the smaller children while waiting for the dentist to come in. When checking out to pay/deal with insurance our next appt was not made. This was no fault of the receptionist…..just trying to keep an eye on a toddler and checking out is a task all in itself. I highly recommend Dr. Lasser and this office!
