Cranston. Rude staff, clearly not capable of working with children! My 5 year old was nervous and they treated him horribly! I wouldn't have wanted to go with the crazy hygienist either!! After she yelled in his face to get up, and then counted to 3?!?!? And she was going to do WHAT exactly at 3?? Shaming him, gloating with a balloon for his sister, making sure he knew he wasn't getting one. Other hygienist tells him he's not in charge, like just leave him alone! When making the appointment, they should of clarified that because of COVID the parent wasn’t allowed in the room or else I would of rescheduled until a parent was allowed.

Fine, until the dental hygienist told my anxious child that she would get gingivitis if she didn't floss. Not very helpful. It was when she took her for an xray and I was not present. I do think this was necessary or professional.

Zoe experienced a little pain. She also did not like that her dad couldn’t be with her the entire time.

Dental assistant was not enthusiastic about the care of the work. The dental hygienist was extremely enthusiastic and engaging with the experience.

Dr Lasser is great! The woman who did my sons sealants was rude and not considerate of my son being nervous. Other then her, the Dr is great!!!
