Went in with my 2 yr old daughter, she had her teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist was super nice. When she was done we were told to wait for the doctor. 25-30 min passed and nothing. I was trying to be very patient but I had to leave to get back to work. It was very frustrating because I had to take time from work to go just for her not to get the full treatment or see the doctor. I am not the one to write a review but this really just made me upset.

Despite the Covid pandemic I expected my daughter's teeth to be cleaned if I was coming in for a cleaning. If I knew that her teeth would not be cleaned and polished as usual, I would have delayed her appt. Frustrating.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful! Dr.Lasser is funny as usual and that helps the kids be at ease. The kids never complain about going to the dentist and actually enjoy it! Good experience!

I’ve requested interpreter every time we made appt-we come to appt-no interpreter. Had 2 different people working on my sons-they’re talking with mask on-have told them I can’t hear and to remove mask-too many prompts from me

Dentist was great as was hygienist. But, other hygienist who initially came to us was rude. Office staff dusgruntled. Lots of rolling of the eyes.
