You already know how my son's experience was today. How can people make an informed decision on choosing the right dentist if you don't allow them to hear about the bad experiences??
I would like to know why I was not informed of the policy about how not answering a call will get your appt. cancelled even when you call back the SAME day???? I'm a teacher that works 8+ hours a day who doesn't have time to answer my cell, or better yet, not supposed to talk on it while I'm TEACHING my kids. In addition, it stays on silent. I didn't have any breaks today to return the call due to Field Day at my school, so I called when I got off work today & was told my son's appt., whom I have stressed to them that his te... read more

Brought my little girl in couple weeks ago seen the woman dr. She was very rude to her assistant the dr did not act like she liked what she was doin or knew what she was doing for that matter. When she was done she just got up and walked off. Didn't even acknowledged us.
