The original dentist, Dr. Katie, was out because of surgery.and that's understandable. But the nurses were having a communication problem.. So much to the fact that one of them, a lady named Grace Ann, was very very rude to the rest of staff. And it seemed that she was specifically picking on one person. A dark hair young girl. So much to the point that it made us uncomfortable. I almost walked out and rescheduled our appointment. She was being very unruly and kept complaining about having to help other people. Dentist and hygienist were great as always. Front desk was extremely rude today at check-in. I've never been treated like this here before. I felt like my and my children's presence was an inconvenience. If we didn't love Dr. Curtis so much, my experience with the front desk would've been enough for me to find a different place to do business. Everyone has bad days, but treating patients and their families the way we were is completely unacceptable.

Dr. Kennon seemed very irritated that my child wouldn’t allow him to complete her treatment. He needs to remember that he’s working with small children. I also over heard him speaking very awful to one of his hygienist. Number 1 don’t speak to your staff that way and number 2 don’t speak to them that way where the patients and parents can hear you. We will not be seeing him EVER again. On a lighter note we adore Dr. Katie!!! She’s the best!

The workers were in a rush to get their orders in for lunch. I did not like how the man director demonstrated catchin’ my son jaw like a hook in a fish’s mouth. That made me very uncomfortable, especially w| this being our first visit ever.

We had unbelievable kindness shown throughout our visits. We were very well pleased. Until we had surgery. We weren’t informed like we feel was needed. My son now has silver crowns all over his front bottom teeth for no reason. He never had pain or a cavity was never in question.

The dentist was very rude to my child and I feel that is is my place to correct my child not anybody else’s. We will not be back
