I am very disappointed in their service. Last year (my son’s first appointment) they rescheduled without asking/telling me. Today he had an appointment, I walked and was told that he couldn’t be seen because I was FOUR minutes late, and 3:30 appointments don’t have a grace periods (when they close at 5:00).
