Have had great experiences. They have respected my wish to understand all procedures and don’t seem in a hurry to do fillings. We had a filling scheduled for my son and they could have easily done it and billed insurance but said he was about to lose the tooth so they suggested that I may not want to bother. I so appreciate that. I’m also not big on certain preventative measures and have never had anything but kindness and professional responses to my wishes and comfort level. My kiddo had a dental emergency on a Sunday night. Dr. Henry was able to get us through the night and called on Monday at 7:30am to get us in. She was seen immediately and they were able to get the dental work completed the same visit. I am so thankful to have the emergency line and doctors that actually do what they say they will do! On another note- My daughter stated that the dental work was "not bad" and that she really liked Dr. Henry. He let her be in control of her care as much as possible and made her feel at ease. My son is new to Pediatric Dentistry, they were absolutely amazing. They made sure to answer all our concerns we had about his teeth. Made my son feel very comfortable, he especially enjoyed being able to watch a movie while getting his teeth cleaned.☺️
After the fear I had as a child going to the dentist, there is a relief I feel knowing that this place makes my son so at ease. Going to the dentist is no big deal to him. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and explain everything they do to him before they start. Can't recommend them enough.
Son had to get a crown instead of a filling, but the dentist and assistant were great with him! Always a wonderful staff there 😀 😊 ❤️
