Not enough problem solving as to what is wrong with patients. If I don't ask questions I get no understanding of my health from staff. I don't get to see dr unless I beg. Seriously thinking of finding new dr after being a patient for 15 years, unless of course I don't come for more than a year. Then I'm new patient again....that is also a crock. Yup not happy with Pedim. I sure I'm not the only one.
I came in for a cold and was seen right away, was examined and given a z-pack for my cold was in and out before 3pm my appointment was for 2:30pm I was helped by Brenda don't remember her last name
I LIKE MY HEATHCARE PROVIDERS BUT THE BUSSINESS ITSELF SUCKS !! TODAY I CALLED TO REMAKE AN APPOINTMENT THAT I HAD TO CANCEL, AFTER 5 CALLS WHICH TOOK ABOUT 18 MINUTES AND HAVING LEFT 2 MESSAGES I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK, I DID GET 1 CALL BACK THAT HAD TO TRANSFER ME TO ANOTHER PERSON WHO DIDN'T ANSWER SO I LEFT A CALL BACK NUMBER IT IS NOW 12:19 PM MY FIRST CALL TO PEDIM WAS AT 9:33 AND AM STILL WAITING TO RESHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, THIS IS WAY BEYOND DOGSHIT !!!

Saw New Dr. Carerra. I usually see Sarah Joerres. My appt was for 11:15am. I was not seen until 11:53am. The fact your office asks us to be there 15 minutes early and will charge a late fee or re-schedule appt. if we are 5 minutes late is unfair to patients. However the medical asst. who waited on me was great. There also was issue with my prescription that was called in, pharmacy could not understand what the script order that was sent in which delayed getting filled.
