Peggy returned my initial email with a phone call and began the process while she was on vacation. That tells you right there the level of customer service she brings. She really went above and beyond to help us and was always available via text, phone, or email with any questions along the way. I was also able to speak and work with Brooke Varn. Brooke's service was just as excellent as Peggy's. Both did an exceptional job in getting us into our new home. Thank you so very much!!!!

The entire team we worked with was incredibly responsive, helpful and so supportive during the entire loan process. Peggy went above and beyond. She was on vacation when we found our dream home, but still answered her phone and spoke with our sellers' realtor. Peggy and her team, Brooke and Andrea, kept in constant contact about each step of the funding process and we had the cell phone number of several of the team so we were able to text with any questions which was really comforting.

I'm sure they won't forget me anytime soon. When the people buying my home in another state and their lender botched their end of the deal, causing my application to expire before we could close, and the sellers of our target home here refused to be cooperative, Peggy and her team stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park, doing the near impossible in getting a completely new application clear to close in less than 2 weeks. TWO WEEKS! Simply amazing. I'm standing and clapping.
