We stumbled on Peggy by an happy accident after firing our first realtor. Peggy was a breath of fresh air in that she was genuinely interested in our needs/wants in a home, not just closing a sale. She has a wealth of industry knowledge and excellent negotiation skills.

Peggy and Gene Withers were AMAZING through the whole sale process including giving me guidance on how to best prep the house for sale and setting the right sales price. They had a list of reputable contractors I could use (or not...no pressure) who all did a fantastic job at a good price. They helped me to not spend more than necessary on things that did not help get the right price on the house. Peggy and Gene really made the whole process so much easier and I couldn't have done it without them!
Peggy and Gene were FANTASTIC! Not only did they sell our home for a better than expected price, but they were able to recommend local contractors to take care of the home inspection issue.
Peggy, Did more for me than I expected, always there when I needed her. When a contract went down she was right there immediately to pick up the pieces and get my house sold at 12503 Corter Ave., Fredericksburg, VA within the next few months. She stayed on top of the contract at all times, as well as let me know how things were moving along. She provided me with Repair Companies who were very reasonable with their prices.
