WONDERFUL!!!! I typically don’t write reviews but I was truly amazed at how caring and kind all the staff was here. I saw Veterinarian Dr. Danielle Shearer for my Leopard gecko and she was very knowledgable, kind, friendly, and so much more! The techs as well just went above and beyond to make sure my little girl and I were okay without judgement or rudeness. Also the prices are really fair. I highly recommend! Thank you ALL :)

Always easy to get an appointment for a day and time that is convenient for me. Everyone that works here is so friendly and professional. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me, I continue to take my dog to Pender Fairfax because I know she will receive great care. A+++

My French Bulldog loves people and other dogs. But a trip to the vet is a different story. He gets anxiety and can become aggressive when someone tries to touch him at the vet. Dr Flanary is the only vet who my dog has cooperated with. Dr Flanary has a professional art in dealing with my dog. He takes time, talks with my dog, rewards him with treats, then slowly touches and pets my dog. My dog quickly warms up to Dr Flanary and the visit to the vet goes very smoothly. Dr. Flanary and the staff at Pender are exceptionally good. Service at front desk is always prompt, cordial, and professional. Vet techs are good with pets and do their jobs well. Dr. Flanary is super knowledgable and effective; after we switched to Pender and Dr. Flanary, my dog’s health improved and the bills declined steeply. I brought my dog here for care when his normal vet wasn't available. The staff were all lovely, and Dr. Riso did a great job of explaining possible causes of my dog's diarrhea and plans for diagnosis and treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my pets here again should the need arise.

Dr. Yong is very thoughtful, considerate, technical in his field, and is doing a great job taking care of my dog, which has an underlying long term health issue. The nurses / staff are also wonderful - caring, timely, good communication, delicate with my dog, etc...
