Dr. Voell is our go to doctor. He has a great sense of humor and, more importantly, is a great doctor. Always treats me and my dog with respect. We have been seeing him as our primary vet for our last several dogs. He is a good diagnostician, but is willing to admit when he may not know and suggest a second opinion. I feel like we have struck gold in finding him!

I had 3 appointments with Dr. Hyatt and Tiffany over the last 2 weeks for two of my cats, and I was pleased with the care I received from this outstanding team. Tiffany has a relaxed and experienced touch with handling cats. Dr. Hyatt is very supportive of our needs and is knowledgeable in all aspects of senior cat health.

I've been going to Pender off and on for years. I've adopted from the Fairfax County Animal Shelter and this the veterinary hospital they use. I called and was able to get the appointment day and time that I wanted. I took my cat, Rojo in thinking she needed an anal gland expression. Fortunately, after an exam, that was not the case. I appreciate Dr. Cranston's attention to detail and showing me what the real issue was. I was also given some tips and suggestions to get her weight down. Dr Hyatt is the absolute best! His wealth of experience, empathy and common sense approach enable us to take care of our 14 year old spaniel, Annie. I recommend him and his team to all my friends and not one of them have been disappointed. The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and always great with all our dogs. Last week we met Dr. Flanary for the first time with our new lab rescue and couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Flanary was very thorough and knowledgeable, placing high emphasis on educating us with the necessary tools/information so that we could provide the best home care for our pup. Dr. Flanary asked many times if we had questions, creating an open environment for beneficial discussion. Also appreciated his calm, gentle style with our sweet rescue!
