With a new kitten we wanted only the best and continue to find it in Dr Voell who always takes the time to check everything thoroughly and explain it well. Our three year old gets the same professional and compassionate service from Dr Voell and the staff. I recommend Pender very highly!

I have been going there for 53 years and I just love Dr Denny. He’s fantastic and the only thing is the prices are so high and I feel so sorry for these people that cannot afford to go there because it’s so expensive and I think they need to have some kind of program or something to help people so they don’t have to surrender their dogs and break the dogs, heart and their hearts because they can’t afford to take care of them. Dr Cranston is a wonderful vet. She was patient and receptive to all our concerns when we brought our cat, cannoli in for an appointment. She was incredibly empathetic and comfortable to talk through various options. She made sure the decision we made was well informed by taking time to explain each and every process. Our technician was also friendly and very gentle with our pet. It is clear Pender employees care for your animals and are extensively trained.

I brought Koko in for back leg problems. Dr Elizabeth Cranston was able to quickly analyze the problem as a torn ligament in Koko's knee. I appreciated the time she took to answer all my questions. I scheduled Koko for surgery.

We have had 3 dogs with Pender throughout the last 10 years and have had the absolute best experiences with our pups. We lost one of our pack 6 years ago and it was heartbreaking but they made it peaceful for our dog and us as well. With our two senior pups we have left they have learned to know where we are going and are not afraid like some dogs. The staff and vets are amazing they love animals and their jobs and do it very efficiently thank you for being our dogs vets!

Dr. Jason Flanery is THE BEST! He displayed care and sympathy for out 9 yo Yorkie, Foxy. During all visits, Foxy is very receptive to Dr. Jason's care. We will continue to seek care from Dr. Jason Falnery, he's THE BEST!!!!
