We've been clients of Pender for more than 25 years and have been consistently impressed with the professionalism and qualifications of the Vets and quality of care provided by this practice, from the Vets through the support staff. They've always been caring and gentle with our numerous cats and two GSDs. Most recently, our 12 year old GSD has benefitted greatly from Acupuncture treatment with Dr. Emily Adesso. We have used Pender Vet for most of the past 36 years. Currently, Dr. Voell has been treating our dog Millie. Dr. Voell is excellent, very caring, professional, and thorough. Millie had successful surgery this week and Dr Voell was very accommodating with scheduling it for the best outcome. The intake nurse, Cecilia was excellent (as is all the staff at Pender). Dr. Voell’s assistant Isaac is professional and also caring. He has assisted Dr Voell before with Millie’s care. Highly recommend Pender Veterinary practice.

Dr. Voell and the team have been extremely helpful and straightforward with complications with my cat. Open to exploring different treatments that are more price friendly. Will continue to visit the clinic.

Dr Riso and her staff were kind and caring. They were able to figure out what was wrong with our poor cat, Percy, who had been vomiting and had diarrhea for almost a week. They gained his trust and treated him, and he was fine immediately after just one visit. It's amazing

Over almost 35 years through ups and downs, Pender has cared for our seven dogs. We have been able to maintain continuity of care by consistently seeing the same Veterinarians and have **never** been dissatisfied. Their experience, insight, and recommendations are take seriously and faithfully applied. With a medical admin background, I am happy to leave with a plan of action, rather than another prescription. Pender can't get rid of us!
