My daughter had her dental appointment today (at the Penn Dental, Berwyn location) for a permanent filling following a root canal. The doctor who treated her is good at his job but the nurse (btw her name is Tasha) who assisted the doctor was 'the nurse from hell'. She created a scene about not letting my husband be in the room during the procedure when it was clear that my daughter was nervous about the procedure. I was told over the phone my cist for a first visit was $120. Got there and its $130. Then they say they Need a special xray that costs another $15 taking my initial view sit up to $145. I'm gonna GI back but if that kind and of giyging continues I'll go back to temple dental.
Waiting times are terrible. You need to find a new system. Coming in you never know what you are supposed to do. Give your name, sign-in, etc. Maybe having one person who checks people in makes more sense then having everyone doing everything. If someone is on the phone you could wait forever!
