Everything was great
Care is great, from both the students and the faculty! Admin can sometimes be a mess: long waits for filling out consent forms (slightly understaffed), as well as long waits for certain facilities like the X-ray rooms. There is also some waiting for the faculty to come over and verify student work and treatment plans. This can make the whole experience that "should" take 1hr instead be closer to 2hr. So expect that going in.

The service provided at the Penn Dental School has been outstanding !
I love the care and attentiveness I get at Penn Dental. My only issue is around scheduling. Often appointments are canceled or have to be rescheduled at the last minute because the dental school calendar is not synced with the practice appointment calendar. It’s happened a few times to me over the course of this year and it’s frustrating.
