Everything and everyone were excellent. Staff, above and beyond friendly, respectful ,and attentive. Just the wait time but I must accept the facts about how busy it is there.
I have had a lot of dental work done here and I have always been very satisfied. The staff and dentist are all very nice.
There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful an experience I had from the phone call to the initial visit with Saraiyah, to the extraction team. Especially Saraiyah who went above and beyond for me in my opinion. I felt She truly cares about me as an individual and not as a test subject so to speak. I would highly recommend Penn Dental! Especially for those who have health insurance, but their insurance only covers so much. I’m so excited at the prospect of improving my dentition and smile!
I am happy with service I received.
The students I worked with were both lovely. I especially felt that Lina, who did both my cleaning and my dental work was extremely responsive and sensitive to my concerns, adapting the treatment to best suit my needs. I almost had a panic attack and she was able to slow down and modify the plan as needed. The dental work itseld was very effective and I was treated with a lot of respect which has felt rare to me im medical settings.
