I was very grateful that Dr. Fava was able to take care of my dental issues today. Everyone in the office was very welcoming and professional. I am grateful to Erika for her kindness and skill. Dr. Fava explained everything and was very concerned with my comfort and I a, very grateful for that in addition to being very skilled. Thank you to all. Maria Voss.
I would have given four, possibly five stars; however, I noticed multiple items on the floor of the examining room questioning the cleanliness. After the examination, we waited in another room to discuss treatment and in that room I noticed large dust balls on the floor -- enforcing my concerns of cleanliness.
VERY disappointed. l returned to YOUR office and requested the pictures that Dr Levine had i. his camera and your office refused .l paid 145.00 for that visit and l should have my pictures .lf you do not mail them to me l will inform my bank and tell them to cancel the payment .lf you give me all the pictures l will then pay YOU the 145.00...plz let me know if you are going to mail me the pictures.
I have always been very pleased with the expertise and extraordinary care I have received from Dr. Levine and his skillful,pleasant and caring staff. They answer all questions and provide an atmosphere that is comforting before,during and after treatment!

Set up plan tor fixing my 2 missing teeth took xrays a scan and gave price. Took your time explaining everything.
Stunning. Two things striked me in particular. One was the extraordinary degree of attention to every single detail, such as computer administered anesthesia which is gentler and less painful that the manual. Second is the enthusiasm and professionalism of everyone in the staff. If you need implants done, this is the place. I had a diagnosis from another dentist based on examination and xrays. Don't go to this office! I have been to other implant dentists and other dentists and orthodontists and no one works the way Dr Fava does. They made me pay for the consultation but would not give me the consultation until I would see a restorative dentist in "Dr Fava's study group" for restorative. I asked why should I pay more money when I don't even know if I want implants? Then I went to pick up the catscan I paid for and the X-ray I brought in. It was my first visit to see Dr.Fava and his team on June 26. They seem very nice. I expected to get what I should be done and how much it cost for the procedure; how much percentage my insurance pay for and how much I pay out of my own pocket. After checking my mouth and calling my dentists, his team did not come up with the answers. They took X-Ray and CT scan and sent me to other dental office for the next appointment.
