We had good communication And everyone was very professional in handling our loan. We closed in our home, at the time we chose. This was the second loan we have had with PennyMac and have never had anything but a pleasant experience!
The entire process went very smoothly and quickly. Except for the closing document signings, everything was handled over the internet. The closing was handled at my house at my convenience.
