The entire process was nearly effortless!
The online process and speed at which documents were compiled was faster than expected, which made life relatively easy. The cash out process was very arduous and my only complaint. In the digital age, mailing checks to banks and loan agencies was very archaic.
My experience became better when I finally had a rep I could reach and help me finish the process of the loan. Claudia was very helpful in this .
Your website and communication response time because we can’t ever call our loan officer directly. Waiting to hear back took to long and while we had already uploaded what was needed it took days for anyone to notice it.
