Very helpful
I had to change my primary loan handler during the process. My first loan handler did not do a good job. She was not communicating with myself or my builders, and gave me an attitude when I asked about it. Changing to Leticia was the best choice. I got A1 service from her and she fought for me to have the best experience. I would only recommend directly to Leticia and Kyle. They were the best team.
