The beginning of the process was seemingly great. The title report held up my loan twice. First it took around 40 days for it be completed. I called as it was week later and I didn’t have update. Only to find out we had the clear to close for a week. Well when going to review the report they discovered a signature was missing delaying us another week. It was frustrating just that Pennymac wasn’t following up promptly. They could have realized the missing signature sooner than a week later but not a big deal. I was just thank... read more
