The service I received was very professional and timely. Clearly presented and easy to review all questions were answered promptly and professionally. I would recommend to anyone.

I think all the people I talked with were first rate. I think it's a little degrading for PennyMac the company to require surveys for every transaction. Are you not trusting your employees? Are you unsure of the process? They are great, get off their back!!!
