Everyone at PennyMac was a pleasure to work with!!
No one went over the numbers with me. I dont know if my property tax was paid or were all escrow went to. I still dont know where the money went.
It was an excellent experience
Wilson and all the team were great. Not helpful were the incessant phone calls. I answered many times only to tell you to stop calling me and to send me everything by email or to request a time to call if you have to talk to me. The overall process was great - transparent, accurate, linear, - just clean up the 'preferred contact method' process.

The process was very easy and smooth. Any questions we had were answered quickly and explained in detail.
