Great service and good communication though out the process. Made a good clean closing in a speedy timeframe.
Everyone was very pleasant and understanding. I didn't have to wait super long for an answer and the process was very smooth and fast.

Jessica raynor was the only bright spot during the process. I had four different loan processors. All failed to get back with me except jessica. Thank God she was assigned to my loan. I was about to go elsewhere.

It would have been better if our application hadn’t have been left to sit untouched for nearly 3 weeks. It also would have been nice if someone at PENNYMAC hadn’t taken it upon themselves to put things in our payoff without consulting us.
The loan officer checked with you often And I did not have to pull all my paperwork myself
This was such an easy process. Communication was perfect. Closing was fast. A+ experience all around!
