Professional and timely
Jessica Raynor was fine, and no issues with the service she provided. My Loan Officer told me there wasn't going to be a hard inquiry on my credit, yet there was. He told me there wasn't a need to do all this extra paper work because of the VA IRRL, which would make it quick. It was no different than any other loan and I should have shopped around. Mrs. Jessica Raynor was extremely pleasant to work with. She answered all my questions promptly. Her communication was top notch and she was very knowledgeable about the process. I would like to personally thank her for going above and beyond.
Jessica was fantastic, however, before her it was awful. Poor communication, asked for the same documents multiple times, had to answer the same question multiple times and took much much longer than expected.
They made it very easy. Everything was handle fast and efficiently. Would highly recommend Pennymac for anyone's mortgage needs.
