Great service and good communication though out the process. Made a good clean closing in a speedy timeframe.
I am happy that I got the refi done & equity line paid off but experience in general was not good for me. Communication not the greatest in my opinion. For example I wanted my HELOC paid off not closed so i can't access it any more. In my opinion it took too long to close this refi. I have a pretty decent salary 20/25K a month & the property literally makes about $2500 a month in profit & have ano debt. Do what you say your going to do. My loan originator Jarrett was the difference maker. The underwriting team personnel changed without any notice. Jarrett was always there to answer any questions and quickly fix and clarify any issues. Point to point Penny Mac was exceptional. Closing was estimated in a very short timeframe and you delivered 2 days earlier. However need to fix auto response asking for things already done. Overall very pleased
Easy process … clear communication
when I contacted the mac team I got someone who could not answer anything but would add notes and I never received responses to my questions or any calls I had to contact Taylor Crume to ask questions that she answered
Andrew answered all questions. only downfall I would say would be the duplicated payoff demand documents we received in the mail
It's wasn't greatest when they had my car on twice and card say we had two of them , and it took for ever
I need to say somewhere that the beginning steps of the loan process were more extensive than the last, and I worked with Mike Powers more than I worked with Katherine Baker?
My original refinance offer was very disappointing. The closing costs were extremely high. However PennyMac made it right and I greatly appreciate that. Communication was hard at times, due to not being able to take phone calls during my work day, but it all worked out in the end.
Chavaya was very helpful with answering questions and getting everything done.
