Documents changed while processing. Calling in multiple times, multiple days, and never getting ahold of my mortgage team. No one would update me until the loan officer returned from vacation/emergency leave/working from home/sick (all of these excuses were given when calling in to justify the delay) Closed later than expected. The acquisition team is quick to get people on the hook; then transferred to people who are never there to answer the calls.
