Tracy and I never spoke over the phone and she never returned an email. I initiated contact for all of my questions and most of thebPennyMac team members I was lucky enough to reach were extremely helpful. In rating the previous answers, I was unsure if I was rating Tracy or service in general. I was disappointed at the lack of communication throughout the process but grateful I was met with very helpful agents most times I called.

The title company experience was not the greatest. They were confused about my address of my home. They kept confusing my address with a south side location awhich prolong the process.

It fell thru after being approved the first time because of time for Penny Mac to get the closing done before time ran out. I had to reapply and all terms, etc. changed. DeAngelo did fine, the process was challenging, but at the end it went thru, so...
