I am so grateful for PennyMac's commitment to helping its customers and being so incredibly caring, thorough, and patient throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about their team - such a pleasure to work with them!
The communication as far as what documents were needed towards the end was confusing. I kept receiving messages to provide proof of reserves but I had to call in to get clarification. I also felt the confusion with the subordination delayed my closing and I was asked to follow up with the lender who needed to complete the subordination.
Every thing smoothly. Questions and phone calls were ansewered promptly.
Tynisha kept me up to date on the progress and answered all of my questions and concerns in a prompt manner.
Unbelievably seem less process. By far the best I’ve ever had.
The only thing that we were a little disappointed in was the physical checks that were sent to us to close out the bills. In this day and age it is easier and faster to take care of these things on line. With physical checks being sent through the mail, too many things could happen. We would have rather the money transferred electronically to us that way we could have distributed it accordingly and instantly.
