Horrible customer assistance the guy couldn’t even pronounce what he was saying correctly and hung up on me , Lied to me several times and got my information wrong on his end this place is ridiculous horrible !

I am so grateful for PennyMac's commitment to helping its customers and being so incredibly caring, thorough, and patient throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about their team - such a pleasure to work with them!
The communication as far as what documents were needed towards the end was confusing. I kept receiving messages to provide proof of reserves but I had to call in to get clarification. I also felt the confusion with the subordination delayed my closing and I was asked to follow up with the lender who needed to complete the subordination.
Every thing smoothly. Questions and phone calls were ansewered promptly.
Tynisha kept me up to date on the progress and answered all of my questions and concerns in a prompt manner.
Unbelievably seem less process. By far the best I’ve ever had.
