while driving on Bickley Road today near the intersection of Waverly a 24 year old femaile African American driver passed me on a very narrow road while i was going 30 in a 25mph zone,. I went to the store to confront her - very upset as I have two teenagers that walk these streets every day and two older children who occasionally walk them. I ordered flowers for my moms birthday, a day early. Got a confirmation of the order. Waited all day, no delivery. At 5:20 I received an email stating it was delivered. Nothing there. Called and was told the delivery person was still out delivering! Said he must have "accidentally sent that email before he went out". Here we are, 8 pm. No return call, no delivery. Moms birthday is over. Thanks Penny's.
