The office staff (Dr. Penrod included:) is amazing.....friendly, kind, sensitive to patient needs. The whole staff is not only friendly to the patient but to each other. There is a level of respect to all involved you rarely see. Dr. Penrod and his assistant constantly check with the patient to make sure they are comfortable. It is not an exaggeration when I say this is an extraordinary and rare dental office.
