Cleaning was great - Marilyn is excellent!! Only issue was wait time for Dentist to come in a do quick exam.

As usual, a visit to Dr. Penrod's winds up being a good experience. On my most recent visit, I had a schedule change at work and had to change my appointment time at Dr. Penrod's. Expecting that changing my appointment so close to my next appointment (i.e., the same day) would not be possible. Imagine my surprise when there was an open slot AND that my request was not met with the "inconvenienced" attitude that most people exhibit by these kinds of things (i.e., last minute changes).
