Dr. Penrod is very professional and is an excellent Dentist
Enjoyed the efficient and professional service
After moving to Orange County, I went through three dentists before I found Dr. Penrod (I am obviously very picky about my dentist!) He and his staff have the perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. The equipment is state of the art, high tech but not intimidating. There is a tv with headphones at each dental chair which I particularly like for distraction - there is even one chair that has a massage feature (I couldn't believe it!). The professional staff was great - Danielle, Denise, Vicky etc! Kathleen, the OM, is a pleasure to deal with because she's personable and very knowledgeable. This is a very nice practice and Dr. Penrod is just great! His demeanor is calm and polite which is also a perfect compliment to his staff. The facility is brand new with the latest in dental technology which is another great benefit. Only disappointment was the wait. I showed up right on time, but had to wait an excessive time before being seen.
The entire staff and Dr. Penrod not only went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, but they took more time than what I consider normal to accommodate me. Dr. Penrod was very thorough, gentle, and explained every step of the way (to a 51 year old, who shouldn't be afraid of the dentist!). Wonderful experience!

The office staff and Dr. Penrod are always smiling and anxious to help. I like that everyone is connected to a wireless communication system so that people do not have to physically interrupt your appointment to get simple things answered. I like the comfy chairs and the use of advanced technology during the appointment. Overall, a wonderful experience.
