As someone who neglected their teeth for many years because of lack of insurance, I was embarrassed to go to a new dentist. However, the pain forced me to call. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was treated with professional courtesy and all financial options were clearly explained. Their main concern was relieving my pain. I am now pain free- and I have a new dentist!
Dr. Carter is excellent. She did a great job explaining things, being available for after-hours questions, and fixing my teeth. She also likes being called "Dr. Kim."

it was good. My hygienist was very informative and friendly. The dentist came in and went over things with me. Also very nice.
I had to have a deep cleaning and I have sensitive teeth. I was so anxious all day because I was afraid that they would have to give me injections to numb the area they were cleaning....and I also don't like the injections. When I arrived they recommended I try the numbing gel first. It was amazing, I really didn't have any discomfort at all. Now I'm not at all afraid to go back for my next cleaning. The most friendly staff I have ever experienced - especially for being a new patient.
Dr. Penrod was knowlegable, gentle, and quick. The staff was very pleasant, the office is high tec, very clean and beautiful.Thank You and all of the staff that made me feel welcome. My husband was correct, I am happy that I changed to his dentist.
My hygienist Sheela Roth is amazing!! She is very friendly, efficient, and willing to put me at ease with the cleaning since my mouth is very sensitive, which with other practices and hygienists was not the case. She constantly asks me if I am doing O.K. and proceeds very gently but thoroughly in the most sensitive areas of my teeth and gums.
