Dr. Penrod's office is very clean. His staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.We LOVED our dental hygienist, Jana! She was very gentle, friendly and gave helpful advise.

Excellent service, personality, and advise. The only downside, and the reason I have to take a star off, was that I got a 'surprise' cost after my service for a previous visit, plus the cost of my current visit... because my Dental PPO didn't cover any of it. (?!)I was asked if I wanted them to look into it or just pay it. Very informative staff from the front office reception and billing to the back office dental care team. Everyone was friendly and took the time to explain in simple terms each procedure, and recommended treatment without pressure to accomplish anything. It was the first visit for my bride and I, and we have agreed this is our new dental office.
On time, good service, PPO covered costs.

My initial office was fast and the staff wasted no time getting everything handled. From the initial paper work, exam, and agreat cleaning...
