Fabulous as usual. Entire staff is friendly, on time and professional.
Very professional and courteous. I was given complete information and appreciate that. I like the modern tools. Very good that you take Cigna insurance.My only concern was the cleaning was different than my previous dentist in that there was a lot less scraping of plaque from the teeth and the application of polish was much faster than I'm used to. So I hope it's as thorough as I've had before and will need to wait and see..Overall, it was an excellent experience and will return.
Jana was awesome! She made me feel comfortable because I was super scared. Love the office, very modern technology and everyone made me feel at home.
I always love my visits to Penrod Dental Care...the hygienists are friendly and upbeat with bright smiles. They are thorough in their work...and boy, is their office fancy! Each time I return, it seems like there's a new gadget: televisions on the ceiling and now electronic back massagers in the dentist's chairs! It's very modern and clean. They also were helpful during the times I did not have insurance coverage.

I was very pleased to have a complete crown done during the same visit . Arrived at 3:00 pm left at 6:00pm with beautiful new front tooth.Just great.Dr. Penrod And his technitions where very professional and kept me informed of every step along the way.
This was my first time with Dr. King and I was anxious to tell you what an excellent job he did on my fillings! My bite is perfect, my teeth feel nice with no rough spots and I had no pain afterwards. Great job!
