Refused to see my sick child because I wouldn't change her primary care doctor to their doctor. Why have the words Urgent Care in the name if you refuse to see people for urgent care??? My insurance sent me to them with 2 allowed visits a year before referral or primary care change required!

I was having problems walking, I went from qahgtng normally to walking with a cane, then to a walker and finally to a wheel chair all within a 6 week time frame. I spoke with Dr. Ahmad and told him what was happening. My other Dr's said it was my MS, Dr. Ahmad said he would send me for an MRI. They got me an appointment then next day, I was immediately admitted to the hospital ICU and was in surgery the next day to remove a cyst from inside my lower spine that was crushing my nerves causing the problem. I was seen by the so called male dr everyone is raving about...... I was told yes you do have blood in your urine, I don't know what's wrong with you it's not an infection... I went to my regular dr Monday (when they opened) I was just b4 being SEPTIC!!!! Very dangerous!!!!! His nurse did call me 4 days later telling me my sugar was up and my thyroid was off. Nothing about my problem I went in for. (Sugar was spilling into my urine. Duhhh.) I wouldn't recommend going there to Anyone!!!
I was misdiagnosed and after simply asking for a written letter to fix my problems, the guy doctor, refused it. Even though proven wrong, he will not admit he is wrong about anything. On top of all of that, this doctor gave me the creeps. Me or anyone from my family will never ever go back to this guy!! If I could give him a zero I would and we will be reporting him to the board for his incompetent arrogance. I'll be sure to spread the word! ��
No long waits and correct diagnosis when others doctors failed to diagnose correctly.
I made an appointment for 10 am. They didn't seem to be busy, but it was 11:30 before I got called back. The doctor came in pretty quick and said someone would be back in to swab my throat to check for strep, and a sinus cocktail shot. Doctor came back in 20 mins later acting like he was just seeing me. He apologized that no one had come to do the other things. I was finally finished and released about 20 til 1. For me the wait was horrible.
Waited almost 2 hours for urgent care. Staff is super nice, very clean, but was a little unimpressed with Dr. He came in and listened to husbands chest, sent him for x-ray and said he would finish exam after x ray . Had to remind him to check his ears and throat. Did not check his nose. Not very concerned about patient. He is very nice, but did not impress me.
