The reason for the "average" rating is when we had the oil changed this weekend (and a "switch" that was recalled replaced), we were told it needed "2" new tires soon because their tread was indicating they needed it! I am very disappointed to be sold a vehicle that needs new tires after only "7" months!!!

I found her to be very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I had another problem which she took care of for me and the service tech was also very nice. A very good overall experience.
