"Took my new car in for the 1st oil change and let Alvaro..." Took my new car in for the 1st oil change and let Alvaro know that I had a Dr appointment soon. He said the normal time is 1 hour or 1 hour 15 min. I was a little worried that I would be late to my appointment but next thing I knew it was done!!! I think it was only about 40 min or less!! I was so thankful he got it in so quickly!

"Dropped off my Leaf on a Sunday due to my work schedule..." Dropped off my Leaf on a Sunday due to my work schedule for some needed service. Key drop box was easy to find and in a secure location. Tuesday, car was seen and repaired and done early. They even offered to come pick me up to get my car! Picked it up later that day, service desk was friendly as helpful. Will for sure be back for repairs as well as my next purchase of a vehicle.

"Outstanding service and professionalism from Sarko and..." Outstanding service and professionalism from Sarko and finance manager Kevin!! Made the buying experience pleasant and not lengthy as some other dealerships. Although several additional products were offered and their benefits explained they were not pushed if we did not want them. Kevin did a great job in explaining value of extended warranty so we did get it.

Jame put 110% effort and care into helping me out with my service and was very great on communicating with me on with was needed for my truck.
