"Just bought a new Rogue" My 2013 Rogue was on it's last day of extended warranty and developed a big oil leak. They figured it out and were going to repair it, under warranty. We looked into purchasing another warranty, since we had been very happy with the warranty and service we had had so far. "Service Dept" My experience at peoria nissan has always been pleasant. But on thursday Sept 26. I was having a difficult day. I had a very scarey situation happen to me. I walked in to the service Dept met. With James, and was instantly made to feel at ease and All would be taken care of!! James made a difficult situation much easier to deal with when I left with my car. James is an asset to peoria Nissans Team. He has awesome customer service skills.
