I turned over the keys, sat myself down with a Dr Pepper, and about an hour later, Scott told me my car was finished. Carwash and all! This is my usual routine with them. Easy-peasy! Good job, also! Car seat like new again, to me. Great job, Peoria Nissan!
The work done was great. But, when a customer walks in to the service office and not one of the 4-6 representatives that are sitting there do not acknowledge the customer to me it is rude. I stood for awhile and finally I had to ask where to go to sign my car in and what to do.
The service was done fine. However the scheduling process has room to improve. We setup an appointment. On the day of appointment, they called to say that no tech will be available at that hour. Since I was not in town, I had to have multiple calls with friends and family to accompany a teenager to their first ever service appointment.
