The entire process of making an appointment for service at thru picking up my vehicle after completion of service at Peoria NISSAN has become become Ho-Hum experience.I have always been greeting immediately upon arrival in the Service Lane, at which time my Service Advisor and I went over the services to be completed and provided an estimate of both time and money.My vehicle was ready before the estimated time and arrived in the Service Exit lane washed and shining like a new vehicle.My Se

There are several things I like about this company. First I really like my service advisor. Her name is Debbie Arnett and I really trust her to tell me the truth and look out for my interests. Also, I like that they are fast, friendly and thorough. I like the free inspection they do and that they wash my car at no charge. Lastly, I like that they always give me coupons. I love that.

I have utilized Peoria Nissan to maintain my Zs for a number of years and the service jus gets better and better.My service advisor explained, in great detail, exactly which service would be performed, as well as the cost involved. He addressed sevreal issues of my concern and inlcuded them in the inspection and those items which required attention were fixed to my satisfaction.
