Bad management The building and facilities are great, but it was no consolation for management which was a nightmare the entire time I lived here (2 years, since summer 2015). Owners/managers changed three times in two years, which meant payment interfaces, billing and due dates changed three times as well. When the most recent management took over I was excited because they seemed like a solid team. Turnover of ownership and management is difficult, and for our part in that process (we have owned the property since June 2016) we apologize. We cannot control what went on prior to our ownership.
