I cannot recommend Perfect Air Solutions enough. John came to my house on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at my dead condenser and by Monday evening, we were pumping cold air with a brand new condenser and coil. The price was more than reasonable and far better than the estimates I got from competitors (and with higher quality equipment!). Perfect Air Solutions is one of the finest contractors I've ever had in my home. The technician, Angel arrived on time and immediately introduced himself. He put on paper boots before coming in and was courteous and professional throughout the installation of two Honeywell T-stats and an EWC damper control board. He took us through step by step instructions in downloading the app and connection to the thermostat explaining details and answering our questions. John V and his team are professional, reliable, and trustworthy. Most recently and during the middle of a heat wave our air conditioner failed. John diagnosed the problem and when it was determined we could no longer repair the unit, he quickly contacted the distributor for a fast turnaround. While we were waiting for new unit to be delivered and installed John was good enough to ?band aid? our old unit to get us through 90+ degree weather.

The tech arrived promptly, introduced himself and donned paper boots before entering our home. After installing a new control panel and two new Honeywell T6 Pro thermostats, he walked us through steps to download the app and connect to the thermostats. He explained each detail and answered all our questions. He was a seasoned professional from start to finish. John and team replaced our aged unit during one of the recent heat waves. The team was timely, professional, and neat and did the install in a day which included working at times in the attic which had extremely high temperatures. Highly recommended for new installations and annual maintenance.
