John has been a lifesaver to me and my family. Upon purchasing our new home my father and I decided that we would upgrade the old thermostats to smart thermostats and ended up leaving us without heat on the 2nd day of owning my new home. John fixed the old thermostats and gave us heat again. Since that time John has been in my home to upgrade the controller on my heating system, install smart thermostats and save the day on Christmas Eve. He is now my go to person for Heating and Air Conditioning needs!
Had a late night problem with my furnace and John contacted me right away. I texted him pictures of my furnace and was able to answer any questions i had that night. Next day arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. He was courteous and honest and didn't try to over charge me for things i didn't need. He came on time and is very courteous. His diagnosis of the problem is correct and restore the heating system quickly.
Not only were their repairman very helpful but he answer any question I had including showing me detail of the problem .I had no heat ...he made sure the house was comtable warm again.
Was able to make an appointment quickly. John didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. Reasonably priced.
their reply to initial inquiry was super fast and the on-site arrival was right on time, just a few minutes into the 2 hour promised availability time window. Really nice to get that timely service. The problem was resolved in a very professional manner and again very prompt service. Would call them in a heartbeat for any future service needs. Cannot praise enough the excellent service received!
