The Cotetec flooring from Perfect Floors put the finishing touch on my recent basement project. The entire process from the selection & sale with Brian Colpean to the installation was a very pleasant experience. Installation was timely and the guys did a great job with no mess or disruption to the rest of my home. I highly recommend Perfect Floors and their team.

Brian C. patiently worked with us to make a decision on the type, brand and color. Their installers were on time, clean and professional. Very happy with the Coretec Pro Plus Enhanced floor we chose (only time will tell, right?). I would recommend Perfect Floors.
Whole house carpet was installed (via Costco) in Dec of 2021. Left over carpet (hi quality) was supposed to be returned to me after bonding. It has been about 4 months, several emails were exchanged where Miss Lainie Williams promised that it will be immediately take care of - but the carpet never came back. The voice mail box full as well.
The after sale support is very poor. We requested a return of one non opened carton of wood from our order. They did not allow us to return the unopened carton. Our order consisted of forty plus cartons of multiple dye lots that were all intermingled in the installation. We new we would need to keep the opened cartons that were left over but felt we should be able to return and receive credit for the unopened cartons. We called and asked about returning and we were told they were ours to keep.
Wondered around the store for about 20 minutes before someone approached us asking if anyone had helped us. The salesman proceeded to help us but half heartedly as if we were bothering him. Received very vague answers to our questions and wanted to schedule an appointment to have our house measured. Very good selection of flooring.
We had a few rooms installed with carpets. The two gentlemen seemed very pleasant. However, they left without completing the job. We did not even know they left!!! The left over carpets were left in the room the carpet pieces left all over the floors and a total mess. We were shocked! When we called the store thinking maybe the installers stepped out for lunch, the sales rep told us oh we usually finish but I dont know what happened. ???? No service recovery no nothing. Would not recommend
I was excited about carpet in my new home. South Lyon store sent out install crew number 1, a father and 2 sons crew. They had an attitude right off the bat, arms crossed. Refused to wear protective booties. Told my mother in law they are not working in these conditions. Was told they would scratch my base molding and it "just happens". My mother in law told them to be just be careful. They said we're not working like this. Went to their cars and left without saying anything!!! Unbelievable!
