Far from 'Perfect'... We did new wood flooring (in place of carpet) along with resurfacing of old wood floor. 1. They left the old carpet sitting by our driveway for a week...their contractor said they don't pick up and we need to put the mountain of that stuff for garbage pick up. After I complained of the eye sore, they picked it up. 2. They started and finished late by a couple of days and the finish was far from perfect. I wish I would have read more reviews before choosing to install wood floors from here. The store itself has a great selection with a nice sales team. They were accommodating, friendly and a family owned store - which I wanted to support versus going to a corporate chain. Everything was fine -- until the install. I knew what day I was going to get my floors installed, but the installer didn't call me to inform me what time he was coming until he was in my driveway. I would never buy from Perfect floor again!!!!! Had major issues with my flooring. The installer came back out out and said there was something wrong with the material. The owner said it was up to me to contact the manufacture to fix the issue. The owner did nothing to resolve our issue (Now that he has our money) still having major issues. I would never buy from them again!
