They are never explain me to shave before going and they said Advertising said no pain but trues is it hurts. Front stuff was talking customers bad mouth constantly...seems no one training them properly.
No treatment has been done yet. However they tried heavy sales of other treatments at the time of initial consultation. VERY WRONG!
I don't think they prepared themselves for the groupon. I couldnt get an appointment for 2 months out
They will require you to purchase their skincare products for $135 and also charge you $20 to apply numbing cream before your procedure. If you decline to pay these additional charges to them they will not do the procedure you bought the groupon for. It has been three weeks and I'm still trying to get refunded from groupon or credited so I can go to a more reputable facility. I had a negative reaction to the Fire & Ice or Red Carpet Facial.
The tech who performed my treatment seemed annoyed by my questions. The appointment felt hurried, which I didn't like. I had never had this treatment before and wanted some answers to my questions prior to being treated and after.
